Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of coloringpagegenerator.net ("ColoringPageGenerator", "we", "us"). ColoringPageGenerator is operated by an independent developer based in the People's Republic of China. By using the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our License & Usage Rights, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy.

• A free library of printable coloring pages and coloring books, delivered as A4 and US Letter PDFs.
• An AI coloring page generator that turns your written idea into a private coloring page, a photo tool that turns your photo into one, and an AI colorizer that adds color to a coloring page, all paid for with credits.
• A free name coloring page maker that sets a name in outline letters; a PDF with pages for many names needs a free account.
• Paid plans and credit packs for more AI credits and unlimited library downloads, listed on our Pricing page.

ColoringPageGenerator is an independent product. Standard coloring pages, all photo coloring pages and all pages colored with the AI colorizer are made with Google's Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) model, and High quality pages with OpenAI's GPT Image 2 model, both through our image provider APIMart. If APIMart is unavailable we may switch to Google's Gemini API, which runs the same Gemini 3.1 Flash Image model. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI or APIMart.

We may add, change or retire features over time.

You can use the free library without an account. To download coloring books or use the generator, you need a free account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Downloads are not watermarked and are not reduced in quality. The limits shown on the site are the ones that apply; we may change them, and we will update the site when we do. Do not try to get around the limits, for example with multiple accounts, automated scripts or rotating IP addresses.

What you may do with library files is described on the License & Usage Rights page. In short: personal, family, classroom and other non-commercial use is free; reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.

Credits and the AI generatorCopy Anchor Link

• You can make two Standard pages with the AI coloring page generator without an account, limited to two per browser and two per network each day. Each free try needs a quick security check and follows the same content rules.
• New accounts receive 2 trial credits, once per account. A new account gets no trial credits if the free tries without an account were already used in the same browser, or on the same network within the last 30 days; it can keep creating with a plan or credit pack.
• A Standard generation uses 1 credit and a High generation uses 2 credits. A coloring page made from a photo uses 2 credits, and coloring a page with the AI colorizer uses 2 credits.
• When you submit a generation, the credits are reserved. They are used only when the result is completed. If the generation fails or stops, the reserved credits are released.
• Prompts that our filter recognizes as requests for well-known copyrighted characters or brands are blocked before any credit is used. Other prompts must still follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Paid plans and billingCopy Anchor Link

Paid plans and credit packs are listed on our Pricing page. The terms below apply to every purchase.

• Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Waffo.com Limited through its Waffo Pancake platform, our Merchant of Record, which runs checkout, charges your payment method, collects any sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt. Your bank statement may show "WAFFO" or "WAFFO PANCAKE". Your purchase is also subject to Waffo Pancake's terms shown at checkout.
• Prices. Our plans and credit packs and their prices are listed in US dollars on our Pricing page. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions. The Starter, Plus and Studio plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Each plan includes unlimited coloring page and coloring book PDF downloads, a monthly amount of AI credits, and commercial use of the pages you generate while subscribed.
• Subscription credits. Monthly plans add their credits each billing month. Annual plans unlock one month of credits at a time. Each month's credits expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.
• Credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits stay valid for 12 months from the purchase date, and the pack does not renew. Credit packs do not include unlimited library downloads; the free daily download limits still apply.
• Canceling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in your account settings. Renewal stops, and your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the new price applies to your subscription. It takes effect from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Refunds. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the plan or credit pack it paid for ends and its unused credits are removed.

Your prompts, photos and AI creationsCopy Anchor Link

• You must not use the generator, the photo tool or the AI colorizer to create sexually explicit, sexually suggestive or nude content, content that sexualizes minors, or hateful, violent or otherwise harmful content. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Before an image is generated, every prompt is automatically checked by a content moderation service. Prompts that fail the check are blocked and no credits are used. Repeated attempts to get around the check can lead to suspension of your account.
• Uploaded photos and drawings are automatically checked by a content moderation service before a page is drawn or colored. Uploads that fail the check are refused and no credits are used.
• Every generated image is checked again before it is shown or can be downloaded. An image that fails the check is deleted and no credits are used.
• Only upload photos you took yourself, drawings you made yourself, or pictures you have the right to use. You are responsible for having permission from the people shown in them, and from a parent or guardian for a child.
• You are responsible for what you type into the generator and for how you use the results.
• You give us permission to process your prompts, photos and drawings and to store them and your creations only as needed to run the service for you.
• Your photos, drawings and creations are private to your account. We never add them to the public library automatically.
• AI output can contain mistakes, and similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, so we cannot promise that a creation is unique or suitable for a particular purpose. Check each result before you print or share it.
• What you may do with your creations is described on the License & Usage Rights page.

The site, its design, its code and the coloring pages and books in the library belong to ColoringPageGenerator or its licensors. Apart from the uses allowed on the License & Usage Rights page, you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put the service or other users at risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liabilityCopy Anchor Link

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColoringPageGenerator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us anything. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputesCopy Anchor Link

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us first, it will be submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's place of residence. If you use the service as a consumer, nothing in this section removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
